What this website collects
This is an informational website. It has no user accounts, no forms, and no advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not set cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs: your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these logs only to keep the website secure and working, and they are deleted automatically after 14 days.
When you contact us
When you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, company, contact details, project requirements, and attached files. We use it to answer you, to audit your request, and to complete and deliver your project.
WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC, and messages sent through it are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How project information is shared
Projects are carried out through GoGloble, our own freelancing platform. To complete your project, we share the requirements and files the work needs with vetted professionals on GoGloble. If any part of your project must stay confidential, tell us before work starts and include an NDA with your request.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep project correspondence and files for as long as we need them to deliver the work, handle follow-up requests, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@zenithglobaltech.net. We may need to keep some records where the law requires it.
Security
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Every project request is reviewed manually before any work begins.
Children
This website and our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
